Refund policy

Quality Assurance
Every Vulcan Hemp product is inspected and batch-verified before leaving our facility.

Eligible Returns
Only unopened cases in original condition may be considered for return within 7 days of delivery and require prior written authorization.

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos of packaging and product. We’ll assist with carrier claims and replacements where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items
Opened, altered, or perishable goods are not eligible for return.

Refund Process
Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after returned goods are received and inspected.
